 Join Us This Summer!

During our 2024 camp, we'll accept Daisy, Brownie, and Junior level Girl Scouts for our week-long program from June 10th to 14th

 

A $75 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold a spot.

The camp will cost $250. The deposit must be paid within two weeks of the camper's registration. Otherwise, the spot will be open to the waitlist.

 

Before and aftercare will also be offered for an additional cost. Let us know if you're interested when you register your scout.

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis for our 45 open spots. Then we'll move to a waitlist. We'll send out registration details in batches every week until we move to the waitlist and then contact the next camper on the list individually.

$250 Per Girl Scout

 

Camper Fees must be paid in full by May 27, 2024

 

  • Product Program Reward Cards/Council Credits CAN be applied to camp fees

  • If the camper is not already a registered Girl Scout, there is an additional $40 fee. This fee, which is not refundable, includes the $25 Girl Scout membership fee and a $15 Council service fee.

  • To hold a spot for camp, there is a $75 non-refundable deposit

  • Camp fees are not refundable within three weeks of the start of the camp session.

  • Camperships are available. Email our Treasurer for more details about financial aid

Waitlist 


Scouts who do not get into camp initially will be put on a waiting list. Campers will be notified if space becomes available. If space becomes available, any balance is due within TWO WEEKS of notification or within three weeks of the start of camp, whichever is sooner. 

Refunds & Cancelations

If, for any reason, you must cancel your Girl Scout’s camp session, please notify our registrar immediately so another camper can be placed in camp from the waiting list.  

 

An email cancellation is acceptable.

In the notice of cancellation, please include:

  1. Campers' full name.

  2. Parent’s full name.

  3. Address where refund (if applicable) will be sent

  4. Reason for cancellation

  5. A refund, less a $75 deposit, will be issued if the written cancellation is received at least 30 days before the first day of camp.

 

Refunds will be sent to the person who issued the check or credit card charge accompanying the original registration.

 

Refunds will be made in September after camp.

Girl Scouts of Adult Volunteers 

 

Scouts of adult volunteers will be given preference; additionally, the camper fee will be reduced by $15/day for each full-day volunteering. If an adult volunteers for all 5 days, camper fees will be decreased by 50% ($125). More details are on the volunteer page.
